We have been looking at some of the Top 10 Prediction lists for 2010 and have decided to pull together a few of the most interesting.

3) As more and more people use social media which works in real time, they begin to expect regular, up to date and snappy information. 4) Analytics is a way of empowering marketers to know what is working and what is not, enabling them to better respond to the needs of customers. 5) Microsoft’s Bing search engine will continue its steady rise, and will obtain some of the market share (albeit small) from both Google and Yahoo.
